How do I know what size to order?
We want your fit to feel just right — relaxed, easy, and ready for whatever chill or adventure you’ve got planned. All of our apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks) is unisex with a classic fit, made from soft, high-quality cotton or blended materials for comfort that lasts.
👉 Each product page includes a size chart with exact measurements. We recommend checking it before placing your order — especially if you're between sizes or ordering as a gift.
We currently offer sizes up to 5XL, because everyone deserves to look good while repping their dog.

Returns & Refunds
At Haus Of Buddy, every item is made to order — one by one, just for you. That means we don’t hold inventory, and we can’t process traditional returns like big-box stores. But we do care about making things right, and we handle any issues with care and common sense.
🐶 Custom Items
Items with personalization — like custom names, photos, or made-to-order features — are final sale. Since these pieces are created just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item is misprinted or arrives damaged, just send us a photo within 30 days, and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund — no hassle.
👕 Non-Custom Items
If your item isn’t personalized, we’re happy to work with you:
-Once the item is received we will senf you a 50% off code to use on a replacement no questions asked.
-You must mail the item back to us (We will give you the address).
This helps us recover the product for possible reuse (photoshoots, local events, etc.), while still making sure you get the item you really wanted.
📏 Sizing Issues
We include detailed size charts on every product page and encourage you to double-check before ordering. Since each item is made to order, we can’t offer full returns for sizing mistakes — but we will offer the same 50% off code once the original item is returned.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something’s wrong — wrong item, damage in transit, or a print issue — reach out to us within 30 days with a quick photo and description. We’ll handle it with care and get you a replacement or refund right away.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production. But don’t worry — once it arrives, if there’s an issue, check out our Returns & Refunds section here in the FAQ. We’ve got your back.
How long does shipping take?
We offer standard shipping within the U.S., which typically takes 4–8 business days after production. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
All of our products are U.S. based and printed to order right here in the States.
How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your pieces looking fresh:
Machine wash cold (max 30°C or 90°F)
Wash with similar colors
Tumble dry low
Iron/steam low if needed
Do not bleach
Do not dry clean
Is your clothing unisex?
Yes! All of our apparel is designed to be unisex and adult-sized, unless otherwise noted on the product page. While we don’t offer kids’ sizes just yet, we’re working on it — and we’re just as excited as you are.
